Challenge

Product was developed for a large enterprise who sells their product licenses to the end users through their channel partners who sell to SMB customers. They want a tool which allows the partner to register their Sales Leads to the client Lead Management tool as soon as they come across the prospect for selling, this will avoid a sales clash between the partner who is pitching for the same customer. This tools covers the entire workflow from lead registration to license procurement to end-user.

Solution

Software tool developed in ASP.NET CORE using Entity Framework with HTML 5, Jscripts. Jquery, MS SQL database covering complete end to end for hassle free business flow between Client , channel Partner and the end user. This is Portal based available only for their Channel Partners where they can register themselves and start using this tool. The portal is hosted in Window Azure uses clustering database, provision to scale up and down the processor speed. This tool is handling around 300000 leads with around 3000 partners across all Indian regions. Provision is given to manage contents, reward programs, Special deals, policy changes and other partner related business rules. Same application is developed for Android & iOS Mobiles exclusively Partner Usage.

Results

System driven with versatile of reports at client level, Partner level, Agency level and distributor level. Separate Dashboard with drilldown Reports were created  for each partner to know their deal status online.
