Challenge
An US based leading Global Shipping Service Company which transit Out of Guage Shipping of OverSized products and equipments through Containers that exceed the dimension of shipping container and non-conventional cargo, wants a intranet portal to capture and track their transit service from point to point. They want to keep track of all containers which are static, on trasit, Stuffing & Stripping activities, materials under bonded storage areas, containers under repairs / maintenance and are in lease. This will enable to them their Supply chain flexibility to meet Just in time material arrival to proactively manage their stock.

Solution
Intranet portal developed on Office 365 Online SharePoint interfacing with their existing Supply Chain Logistic System. SharePoint Designer 2013 and infopath were used for Forms and Workflow design. Data autosync is implemented with their Supply Chain System. Their hybrid development using both SharePoint Out Of Box and customized solution with Clients defined User Access Matrix is implemented.
Result
Regular drill down Dashboard with filters to generate various levels of reports with infographics about Containers Status with complete tracking with logs, Sync reports, service log and other Inventory alert related MIS reports are generated.
