Client is a multinational drink and brewing company having brewing manfacturing facility located in Leuven, Belgium, Brazil. São Paulo, New York City, London, St. Louis, Mexico City, Bremen, Johannesburg. They have SAP ERP system in place, along with a procurement department wants to have federated purchase indents from various brewing facility, to collate and procure those raw materials and push to SAP system for further business flow. They need single tool to procurement collaberation and collation to handle.
A separate tool is developed using On-Primise SharePoint 2016 to do procurement process in the collaberated. Customized UI/UX were developed in line with SAP UI Look and Feel on SharePoint using HTML/Jscript/Jquery. An automated sync tool will sync item master from SAP to On-Primise SharePoint Portal periodically, which enables the procurement team to place orders with Workflow for Rejection/Approvals/ Rework etc in place. Here Workflows are designed using SharePoint Designer 2013.
